1. Overview

These Terms of Use apply to individuals ("you", "your") who access the My Club DB platform through an organisation (the "Tenant") that subscribes to our service. By accessing or using My Club DB, you agree to these terms.

2. Relationship with your organisation

• Your organisation manages your account and controls how your personal information is collected, used, and shared within their tenant environment.
• We provide the technology platform only and are not responsible for your organisation's management of your data or membership information.

3. Acceptable use

You must:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with your organisation's rules.
• Not attempt to access data or features you are not authorised to use.
• Not upload or share offensive, misleading, or harmful content.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the system.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or compromise system integrity.

4. Privacy and data

Your organisation controls your account and the data you provide. Please refer to both your organisation's privacy policy and our My Club DB Privacy Policy for more information on how personal data is handled.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the My Club DB platform (software, design, and content) belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it only as permitted by these terms and your organisation's authorisation.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Decisions or actions taken by your organisation;
• Errors or omissions in the data managed by your organisation; or
• Unauthorised access caused by your organisation's mismanagement of accounts.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid (if any) by your organisation for your access in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

• Your access may end if your organisation's subscription ends or if they remove your access.
• We may also suspend or terminate access if we believe your use breaches these terms or poses a risk to security.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
